This isn’t about the company, specifically, but an employee, because we haven’t used their service. My wife and I were at Home Depot struggling to get a grill we bought into our car. A woman asked us if we needed help and offered to take the grill to our house using her truck. We learned in the discussion that she works for Bio One.
